Hammer Museum

The Hammer Museum belongs to UCLA and began with oilman Armand Hammer's collection in 1990, with free admission. Three strands run through it: the Grunwald Center's prints and drawings, Hammer Projects commissions, and a group of nineteenth-century French painting and drawings; exhibitions often set historical material next to current work.
