MUSAC in León is the contemporary art museum of Castilla y León, designed by Mansilla+Tuñón with a facade of coloured glass panels that reads like enlarged pixels and throws colour across the gallery floors by day. Collection and temporary programme carry equal weight, focused on where regional artists meet international contemporary practice, with photography, film and installation well represented. The Araceli Corbo library is open for research into catalogues and periodicals.
